TEER 4 and 5 are not eligible for Express Entry

Express Entry (FSW, CEC, FST) requires at minimum TEER 3. With TEER 4 or 5, you cannot create a profile in the federal pool. The main alternatives are Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs) that accept these categories (Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Nova Scotia, Alberta, among others) and programs like AIP (Atlantic Immigration Program) and RCIP (Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot).
